Omar stands by their products and offers a 30-day money back
guarantee. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase from Omar’s online store, for any reason, you can
return the product for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
NOTE: Your return package must be postmarked
within 30 days of your
purchase date.

If you’ve received a shipment of our product that is

Returned items must be returned in full, within reason. We understand
that in most cases our customers will have tried some of the product so we will
still accept returns when a small portion of the original order has been used. Returns must include the original
packing slip or a note inside the return package with the name and address on
the order and the order number.
Once we receive the return we will refund the full amount of
your order (price of the product and the original cost of shipping). We DO NOT refund your cost of shipping the
product back to us. Once your return is
received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund. If you are approved,
then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of
days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping
costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you
receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to reach you, may vary.
