Returned items must be returned in full, within reason. We understand that in most cases our customers will have tried some of the product so we will still accept returns when a small portion of the original order has been used. Returns must include the original packing slip or a note inside the return package with the name and address on the order and the order number.
Once we receive the return we will refund the full amount of your order (price of the product and the original cost of shipping). We DO NOT refund your cost of shipping the product back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
